Assessment
Compliance, sovereignty and operations. Pick the front that matters to you, answer one question at a time, and get your exposure level on the spot. No commercial commitment.
Choose your assessment
Each one measures something different and takes a few minutes. Choose where to start; you can do all three.
Assessment 01
MiFID II, audit trail and the GDPR. Finding, evidencing and retaining.
Assessment 02
Jurisdiction, the Cloud Act and DORA resilience. Where the data lives and what happens when it fails.
Assessment 03
A unified archive and time per request. The hidden cost of the team’s day to day.
Assessment 01 of 03
MiFID II, audit trail and GDPR. Seven questions about finding, proving and retaining.
Your level of exposure: ,
Low risk
You cover the channels, deliver quickly, prove who accessed what and control retention. The full report confirms the strengths and points out what to review to keep them.
Medium risk
The essentials work, but there are channels, retention periods or audit trail still to close. In an audit you would get there, spending time. We show you where to reinforce.
High risk
Channels, speed, evidence or retention control are missing, and there is probably data kept past its retention period, which is in itself a breach of the GDPR. These are known gaps with a clear solution.
Assessment 02 of 03
Jurisdiction, Cloud Act and DORA resilience. Six architecture questions.
Your level of exposure: ,
Low risk
Clear jurisdiction, an independent provider, access inherited from your identity system and recovery with a tested target. The report confirms the architecture and what to review.
Medium risk
There are dependencies that only show under pressure: an international provider, access outside your identity system, or a recovery with no figure attached. We show you where the risk lies dormant.
High risk
Without knowing which law the data sits under, or how long recovery takes, a foreign request or a failure at three in the morning would be a real problem. The report sets out what to address first.
Assessment 03 of 03
Unified archive and time per request. Five questions about the team's day to day.
Your level of exposure: ,
Low risk
One system per request, time measured, shares by profile and fast adoption. The report confirms what already pays off and what to review to keep it that way.
Medium risk
The team gets to the answer through manual cross-checking and without measuring the cost. We show you where to unify and save minutes per request.
High risk
Three or more systems per request, no measurement and shares without control. Each request adds up minutes and opens risk. The report sets out where to start.
The assessments are the starting point. Bring your questions and a person will answer, not an automated form.
