What the platform does

Recordings are not born in uPlayback, they arrive there. The import reads the formats of the main voice, chat and email recording systems, and brings with each interaction the metadata that underpins retention and the audit trail. Migrating the history is a one-off project, planned with you: what already exists comes in without losing its trail.
Every interaction is encrypted at rest and in transit. Every access and every export is written to the audit trail, tamper-proof for whoever consults it. Retention rules apply by country and by channel, with automatic erasure at the end of the retention period. Here, protecting means three things at once: encryption, evidence and lifecycle.
One search instead of three systems. You search by client, date, agent or case, and the whole interaction appears, voice, chat and email together. You export in the format you need, with a record of who exported it. And there is an API to connect the archive to your tools, whenever you want to automate.
