How we handle the personal data collected through this website, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
This policy applies to the uPlayback corporate website. It does not describe the processing of data inside the uPlayback platform contracted by clients, which is governed by the contracts and data processing agreements applicable to each organisation.
The controller of the data collected on this website is Grupês, the entity that provides the uPlayback product. For any question concerning personal data, you can contact us at the email address given on the About.
We do not collect special categories of data and we do not carry out advertising tracking.
We use the contact details only to answer your request, whether an assessment, a demonstration or a question. We do not use them to send unsolicited commercial communications, and we do not share them with third parties for that purpose.
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form. We keep the data only for as long as is needed to reply and follow up on the contact; once that period ends, it is erased, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights, or withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
This website uses minimal storage. We use only what the site needs in order to work, for example to record your preference regarding this notice, and we do not carry out advertising tracking or share data with third-party platforms for user profiling.
